I'm thinking Stan is more upset about Texas than he is the sharing of their music. I hope he comes around and can take Balthazar's approach and just be thrilled their music is being shared and appreciated.

Who knows, maybe they can recover Stan's lost bike from the Basement of the Alamo and make it a Big Adventure for all of them. :)

Just remember guys, if you're ever by way of the Wheel Inn on I-10 in California, just tell 'em Large Marge sent ya. :)

Hey Todd.

Yeah, I know there are likely many great places to play in TX, I just had bad experiences the 3-4 times we played there. Same things have happened everywhere in the US; I just have no good show playing experiences to speak of in Texas. If I was still touring, I would give it another chance ;)

Hey Jeremy, where did you play in Texas? If it was near a larger city such as Dallas, Houston, or Austin then yeah I can understand why you you'd react the same as Stan. Venue location can make all the difference, most of the folks in the larger cities get so caught up and most don't represent the true Texan experience. We love our music like our BBQ, a little of everything please.

There have been so many great musicians come out of Texas in every genre and there are still so many more yet to shine. Of course I may be a bit bias, but I'll proudly say Texas has produced a large amount of folks that have had major influences in the music industry.

If you are ever by way of East Texas allow me to show you some hospitality and help change your mind about Texas Jason. One thing about true Texans, we've never met a stranger.

I don't see anything wrong with Chester's moves, leaking songs is often a great way to bring in new fans, but what's this Internet thingy he keeps talking about.

Don't worry Chester, she only said Boyfriend, not Fiance. Just think of it as liking a place and someone is renting it. Before long that tenant will be moving along and you can move in...wait, that sounded like an innuendo...it wasn't I promise. :)

Wait a minute fella's, there are a lot of great venues to play in Texas, it all just depends on where they end up. With a state this large diversity is our middle name. We Texans welcome the Ouro Bros and I for one welcome anyone else who wants to come along. Heck, I'll even give ya a place to crash for a bit as ya pass through if need be. Come on down fellas we'll show y'all what hospitality is all about.
