The Ouro Bros and the Neverending Tour

Jeremy: I’m really starting to enjoy drawing Elle’s face in a sort of crazed anger look (Panel 3 being just a small taste of that).  I think that is one of the most enjoyable aspects of cartooning, the fact that you can totally exaggerate and blow facial expressions out of proportion.  I may start gravitating to more of that.  I think Panel 3 overall turned out pretty well.  It was also fun to give Balthazar a face that went along with him “snapping into” his processed meat cylinder (okay, take it easy, folks).  It will be a shame when I go back to daylight strips.  I love the overlay hue on these nighttime strips that sort of “blue-ens” everything up.  Oh well, there will be plenty more night…
