The Ouro Bros and the Neverending Tour

Jeff: I have to admit to taking a great deal of inspiration for the opening image of this strip from a recent chapter page for The Guilded Age. And I’m just now realizing that I don’t think I mentioned that to Jeremy when I scripted it, so good job, man. 🙂

Jeremy: That’s funny, because when I read your script, I was thinking that your idea for the panel reminded me a lot of Guilded Age. Same-same. I also want to point out that in panel 2, all the plates of food on the table are conveniently blocked by the foreground bodies, and/or the left side of the panel. And that they moved their coffee cups slightly in the space of time between panels 1 and 2. It’s not because the artist was lazy. Nope.
